Hector E. James, M.D., FAAP

Hector James, M.D., a pediatric neurosurgeon, provides state-of-the-art neurosurgical
care for infants, children, and adolescents in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area. 

He is based at The Lucy Gooding Pediatric Neurosurgery Center within
Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida

Dr. James has practiced pediatric neurological surgery exclusively for over 25 years. This experience has been the basis for the professional background of his practice of pediatric neurological surgery and makes his practice unique for the care of infants, children, and adolescents.  He is currently one of the few board certified pediatric neurosurgeons in Florida.
